Original Fake have dropped their Jan ‘09 collection, which isn’t huge but has a select amount of items. A few tees, which to be honest are purely brand promotional…but you can’t blame them…they can sell tees with just logo text on it, and they probably sell for ten times the amount of our tees! Also in the drop is a button-up shirt featuring the Chompers graphic (which i’m sure we have shown you before), beanies and a very nice looking sticker pack.

Original Fake have blessed us with images of their Glow in the Dark Denim. These fine denim jeans will release under Original Fake’s Fall/Winter 2008 Collection. Original Fake always seem to pull off great products everytime they have something to release. Seen first on Original Fake official website as a splash page, the Original Fake Messenger Bag will be release at several selected Original Fake retailers worldwide starting tomorrow, including the Original Fake flagship at Aoyama, Tokyo, and INVINCIBLE in Taipei. Designed with retailer Gallery 1950 (G1950) and YOSHIDA & CO., the maker of PORTER label accessories, the triple collaboration messenger bag comes with a diagonal pocket (in KAWS’ Teeth graphic) across the exterior flap. Interior, lined with bright blue waterproof vinyl, is printed with logo from both companies along with KAWS JPP figure. As with any Original Fake merchandises, units are limited to a hand only.

Another great item from Original Fake is the Teeth Scarfs. A repeat of the popular Teeth New Era Cap, released over the Summer. The Teeth Scarfs feature, of course, a row of pearly whites and continue down 1 side of the scarf. OriginalFake’s new October releases from their 2008 Autumn/Winter Collection has began to hit retailers and included in the pieces that have been released are the Room Shoes that are actually a collaboration with Cause, as well as the “X Eyes” t-shirt, and Gore Windstopper Stadium Jacket. While the Room Shoes may not be for everyone…I’m a massive massive fan, i think it may be something to do with the fact that my house is ridiculously cold at the moment and we haven’t got the heating vibes sorted out yet.

Original Fake have updated the intro page to their official website with this picture of the massive 4-Foot Black Companion. Many of those familiar with the vinyl-figure and brand creator, KAWS, will remember that the 4-Foot Companion was released in a grey colorway and basically sold out as soon as it was offered online. Fans will also recall the numerous rumors circulating around a black colorway after images were released on the artists personal blog.
