So after a few weeks of us not posting this on the blog due to life being manic, its probably about time it got a post. We’ve put 6 months hard work into producing some really cracking product, and the culmination of this is our debut UK highstreet collection. This is RISE Worldwide’s debut collection comprising of eight cut and sew tees, some sweats and accessories. We’re a new and (hopefully) exciting UK Streetwear brand which has started as we mean to continue in terms of our production and print quality. Our t-shirts are fully cut and sew made from personally sourced Turkish cotton to our exact specifications (neck taping, side pips, shirt weight and cut), and then printed here within the UK. This collection is just the beginning for RISE, with further expanding collections and cut and sew garments planned for the future. Bold and unique vector graphics, with a penchant for handrawn works are the hallmark of the range. Always fun, always bright, with a simple message to always RISE.

…..and say “BRO, Where did you get that from?”

The usual answer is RISE! No lie. I don’t know how many times people have expressed their desire to get the RISE or DIE crew neck sweat but it seems the tradition has no passed over onto our newest selection of tees (if I may humbly say so).

After receiving my 3 personal favourite pre-releases I threw one on my back and the other in my Eastpak and trotted of back to Yorkshire collecting comments from train passengers, shop owners and a guy in the local Chinese. If this was a game, I’d be winning!

A few more sneaks of some of the designs which have gone to the printers today, no old-school remakes here, this is unadulterated RISE freshness. SWALLOWS, APE and GEISHA with the on screen fade. I shan’t be saying which of the two parts to the collection these bad boys will be dropping in, so you’ll have to wait for the press release for that info.

With the launch of the first tee collection that RISE will be shipping out to the UK high street coming closer and closer, I thought I’d share with you the news that we’ve brought back a few old-school favorites that avid RISE followers over the past few years will recognize. “Planes” has been the biggest selling RISE t-shirt ever, and “SuperRISE” is another one of my simple 2color favorites from yesteryear. Both have been given a lick of paint and a spruce up to be loved by a whole new crowd of followers.

Both of them will be appearing in PART 1 of the RISE collection, and I thought I’d stick a few snaps on here of the previewed artwork. Photoshop mock ups, but pretty good ideas of what the finished products will be like. Enjoy.

…nothing is new…

We here at RISE Worldwide are going through the exciting times of working on some blank tees, and so I thought I would show you a few of the areas where we get to play around with when making up garments from scratch.

The first is the ‘Neck Tape’ which is the bit just below the collar on a t-shirt, jack wills sometimes does velvet, weekend offender do a block multicolored pattern, we’ve decided to do a very simple and subtle broken stripe pattern which we use in many different forms around the site and in some of our designs.

Stay tuned for some more sneak peaks in the next few weeks as you can see more of the concepts behind what will hopefully be some very exciting finished garments.

Our good friends who run the brand Trousers London came all the way up to Birmingham and payed us a visit last week. TL is one of the most forward thinking denim labels around at the moment, with the potential to explode over the next few seasons. They dropped off the first load of stock at the store, and then we spent the rest of the day hanging out, planning to take over the world, learning how to freeze and febreeze jeans to get them clean, and drinking stella.
